Being part of Braven’s most high-impact program includes dedicated training, onboarding, and support. While the commitment is significant, Leadership Coaches routinely share that as much as they give, they gain twice as much. Other volunteer opportunities

Fellows are college students who are building the skills, confidence, and networks they need to launch strong careers after graduation. Most take the Braven course for credit, while others receive a stipend. The majority are the first in their family to go to college and/or have limited financial resources.
Leadership Coach opportunities are virtual, allowing volunteers to support Fellows from anywhere.
Absolutely! You can still pass along your valuable work and career experience to our Fellows.
All volunteers participate in a pre-program training that provides you with the resources needed to participate. You’ll also receive weekly preparation materials and support from Braven staff throughout the experience.
Leadership Coaches often report strengthening their leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills while expanding their own professional networks.
